Since the establishment of PARIS21 (Partnership In Statistics for Development in the 21st century) consortium in 1999, effort have been devoted throughout the world and specifically in developing countries to promote a culture of evidence-based policymaking and monitoring. Focuses are emphasized on promoting high quality statistics, making these data meaningful and designing sound policies.

Information is critically important to stakeholders and sponsors to determine the need for continued funding, determine program impact, and recommend improvements.

In Haiti, the lack of expertise and providers of quality data collection and analysis services have called us to establish CHASE in 2016. At CHASE, client satisfaction is of prime interest. Meeting our client’s information needs and quality control are on the highest spot while conducting program evaluation. We are offering the opportunity to measure management performance and impact of development programs, and we believe that our contribution is meaningful towards a better Haiti.

CHASE is a Haitian local firm specialized if the area of program evaluation. Our primary objective is to meet the need of donors and project implementers in terms of program monitoring and evaluation, data collection, data analysis, and reporting.
